Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Retail Sales Associate to
assist website visitors in purchasing products through video
chats.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers via text, calls, and video calls to present
and sell tech products
Develop a deep understanding of the brand and products to provide a
high-quality sales experience
Participate in ongoing product knowledge training and operate the
technology for video calls
Required Qualifications
Experience as a retail sales associate
Knowledge or interest in electronic/mobile products
Ability to engage customers in 1-on-1 video conversations
Weekend availability is a plus
Fluency in English
