Crete, Nebraska stands as one of the largest manufacturers in the
area and one of the largest wet pet food manufacturing facilities
in the U.S. Together, we proudly produce over one thousand tons of
pet food per day, including renowned brands such as Alpo, Nestl
Purina ONE, Pro Plan, Friskies, and Nestl Purina Veterinary Diets.
We also do our part to care for the environment, like conserving
water, investing in renewable electricity, and maintaining zero
waste for disposal. Situated just 25 miles from the factory, the
city of Lincoln offers convenience to many of our associates who

factory thrives. As the Technical Training Specialist
(Maintenance), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills
and knowledge of the maintenance team. You will be at the forefront
of driving World Class Manufacturing practices, ensuring that the
team is equipped with the latest competencies to excel in their
roles. From designing and implementing training programs to
fostering leadership development and spearheading pillar
activities, you will be the driving force behind the continuous
growth and improvement of the maintenance personnel.Support,
coordinate and oversee the development of standardized onboarding
for the factory technical maintenance teams. The development of
these programs will be aligned with the Business priorities and
aimed at addressing the top factory losses and future
strategy.Monitor and coordinate ongoing onboarding and competence
management for maintenance personnel at factory location as well as
the determination of onboarding content and plans for development
of materials for key competencies.Coordinate efforts and oversee
deployment of a digital competence management platform and continue
development of a digital structure strategy for maintenance space
and to enhance competence management.Coordinate efforts, monitor
and recommend improvements to World Class Technical Training
Center, including development of technical training modules and
oversight of technical training curriculum development.Own content
and execution methods for training and coaching the Factory
Maintenance Teams.Work in partnership with local and divisional
stakeholders for approval, coordination, development, and
prioritization of needs.RequirementsBachelor s Degree in a related
fieldAND 1+ year of training or maintenance experience within
manufacturing, industrial, educational or related environmentORHigh
School or GED AND2+ years of training or maintenance experience
within a manufacturing, industrial, educational or related
environmentThe approximate pay range for this position is $55,000 -
$87,000 annually. Please note that the pay range provided is a good
faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final
compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited
to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic
