A company is looking for a Digital Loss Prevention Reviewer
(REMOTE) to monitor and review potential fraudulent activities.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor automated fraud screening applications and conduct
extensive research to validate purchases
Identify fraud trends and communicate findings to leadership while
maintaining customer service standards
Handle fraud chargeback representation processes and submit
necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-3 years of experience in eCommerce fraud prevention or loss
prevention
Experience in customer service
Proficiency in loss prevention tools
Knowledge of fraud chargeback processes
