Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual TeleAdvice Support team
member to manage prescription requests and provide customer
support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage prescription refill requests and assist with forward
booking
Act as a liaison between pet parents and the Petfolk team for
seamless care
Provide compassionate support via phone, video, SMS, or chat
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary
Assistant
Experience with triage or remote work preferred
Licensed or registered veterinary technician preferred but not
required
Focus on preventative care and the health and wellness of pets
Must reside in AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, TN, or TX
