Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Qualifications:
  • 8+ years proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
