Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II to handle
compliance-related duties and manage risk within the
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor customer activities for compliance with laws
and regulations
Manage High Brand Risk (HBR) and Merchant Registration Program
(MRP) programs
Conduct investigations into abnormal processing patterns and
recommend actions
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in Risk Management and/or Compliance within
the acquiring industry
Experience with high-risk payment processing
Familiarity with underwriting and due diligence tools (e.g.,
Equifax, TIN Check)
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar
field
Understanding of Card Brand rules and regulations
