Now Hiring: P&C Insurance Business Analyst / Quality Analyst (BA/QA)

We're seeking a skilled and proactive BA/QA professional with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving complex business problems and have a sharp eye for quality and detail-this could be your next big opportunity!

Collaborate with underwriters, claims processors, and compliance teams to analyze and document business requirements across Life, Health, P&C, and Commercial Insurance domains.
Translate insurance workflows into user stories, wireframes, and process flows for agile teams.
Perform gap analysis on legacy and modern insurance systems, recommending innovative enhancements.
Create and execute test plans and test cases for core insurance processes like renewals, endorsements, and claims adjudication.
Validate data mapping and system integrations across policy, billing, and claims platforms.
Ensure regulatory and compliance standards (IRDAI, HIPAA, SOX, etc.) are accounted for in both business requirements and QA validations.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders including underwriters, actuaries, and operations teams.
Leverage tools like Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, along with JIRA, ALM, or Selenium to manage requirements and testing.
Act as a bridge between business and tech teams, contributing to digital transformation in the insurance space.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in the insurance domain, especially in P&C (bonus for experience with Life, Health, or Commercial insurance).
Strong skills in business analysis, QA, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with insurance systems and platforms like policy administration, claims management, and billing.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and how they impact insurance operations.
Proficiency in agile methodologies, documentation, and QA tools.
