We're looking for a - Resource Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for executing a community relations plan to engage and attract interest in Mosaic's mission and services through friend and fundraising. - Who will love this job:

  • Coordinate and execute a community awareness plan that involves building partnerships and sharing stories to support and advance Mosaic's mission.
  • Identify donor prospects, develop donor engagement plans including nurturing donor relationships with the ability to solicit gifts and contributions.
  • Responsible for coaching and developing fundraising staff to achieve desired results in the agency.
  • Collaborate with national office support teams to research, prepare and submit grant proposals and applications for funding.
  • Coordinating and recruiting volunteer teams to support and advance Mosaic's mission.
  • Follow a proven model for success SCHEDULE: - Mostly Days, Salaried, some evenings and weekends as events are scheduled, travel around the Omaha area - agency vehicle available. Office in Omaha.     • Previous experience with major gift asks, grant writing, volunteer management, and experience with nonprofit fundraising
    • Five years' experience in fundraising and community relations required.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field required.
    • Minimum of one year supervisory or management experience preferred. What YOU'LL Get:
