Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Platelet Scheduler to handle
donor and agent inquiries while providing exceptional customer
service.
Key Responsibilities:
Triaging and resolving complex donor and agent contacts via phone,
email, or instant messaging
Processing administrative duties and accurately updating donor
records
Providing support to inbound call volume and responding to
questions from donors and agents
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum six years of customer service or telerecruiting experience
required
At least 18 months of experience as a Red Cross Telerecruiter
Proficient in using multiple computer applications
simultaneously
Ability to adapt to ongoing change in a fast-paced environment
