Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Investment Service Associate
to provide exceptional service and support to advisors and clients
using the World Managed Account Platform (WorldMAP).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between advisors, WorldMAP, and the Investment
Team, providing training and support
Verify and process new account forms and updates, ensuring they are
in good order
Review and process service and trading requests, confirming
completion with advisors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the wealth
management industry
3 or more years of relevant investment wealth management industry
experience
Experience with processes involved in servicing wealth management
client accounts
Experience with Vestmark or similar trading technology, or
third-party asset management platforms
Series 7 and Series 66 or Series 63/65 combination (or willingness
to obtain within 12 months)
