Job Description: At Falewitch Construction Services / West Coast Prefab, we specialize in prefabricated CFMF interior and exterior panels, rough/finish carpentry work, metal stud framing, drywall, taping, acoustic ceilings, EIFS, fireproofing, and access floors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated interior/exterior systems BIM detailer to join our esteemed team. Candidates with experience in coordinating/collaborating on various commercial projects, including new construction and remodeling, are encouraged to apply. We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and bonus opportunities. Required Job Duties: Create and distribute detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and plans. Demonstrate self-motivation and effective communication with clients, field workers, and office personnel. Willingness to assist with tasks on job sites and in the office. Collaborate closely with trade partners to ensure seamless information flow to our installation teams. Stay informed about the latest advancements in construction technology. This role entails a diverse range of responsibilities and is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments. Required Skills: Proficiency in Revit, with knowledge of Metal Wood Framer (MWF) software considered a bonus. Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, contracts, and construction processes with meticulous attention to detail. Take initiative, organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and delegate assignments to meet project deadlines. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam Revu. Familiarity with Interior/Exterior Systems and a general understanding of related building systems. Preferably holds a degree in construction, architecture, or engineering, although a combination of field experience and computer proficiency will also be considered. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the BIM Manager.
