Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to
manage IT support functions independently while collaborating with
global team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for
employees
Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and management of company
laptops and mobile devices
Provide advanced troubleshooting and education for end users on
various tools and platforms
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration,
focusing on Google Workspace and MDM
Experience in a fast-growing global technology startup is
preferred
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace administration and Jira
management
Strong understanding of device management, MDM solutions, and
endpoint security compliance
Advanced experience in Mac support and management
