Are you seeking a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in your own home? Join Mosaic at Home - as a Shared Living Provider for persons with disabilities. This rewarding role offers an average annual income of $76,800 (federally tax-free) along with room and board. We are currently seeking a female Shared Living Provider or married couple in the Saunders County area who is active in the community. The client requires a wheelchair-accessible home and assistance with daily living skills. She enjoys music and socializing with others.

Support individuals with daily living skills and foster independence
Participate in daily activities and community outings
Assist with tasks such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and decision-making
Provide transportation and support for medical appointments
Comply with all state and agency policies and procedures
