Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchant Enablement Specialist to
develop and maintain relationships with merchant partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned merchant partners
and collaborate with internal teams
Analyze merchant performance and recommend strategic
improvements
Manage the onboarding process and drive increased utilization of
PublicSquare offerings
Required Qualifications:
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
Customer service or account management experience
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones
Experience in eCommerce or retail, preferably in the firearms
industry
