A company is looking for a Talent Brand Program Strategist to
develop insights-driven strategies for enhancing its brand
reputation and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to maintain the strategic roadmap aligned
with company goals
Conduct research and analysis to measure the effectiveness of
branding initiatives and identify new opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence employee
research and enhance the talent brand narrative
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management,
Communications, or related field
8+ years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing,
or related fields
Experience presenting strategies to senior leaders
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across
different time zones
Up-to-date knowledge of industry research and competitor news
