Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to
support its commercial contracting team and enhance legal
operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Support legal team members with documentation and coordinate
assignments
Manage the CLM tool for international commercial contracts and
enhance workflows
Assist with insurance renewals and respond to third-party
documentation requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law or a related field, or paralegal
certification
4+ years of experience in legal operations or supporting legal
advisers
Experience with contract management and CRM systems like Ironclad
and Salesforce
Ability to operate autonomously while being a collaborative team
player
Experience in developing reports that inform decision-making
