Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel responsible
for advising on employment law and managing intellectual property
matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on federal and state employment regulatory and compliance
matters
Provide proactive employment law advice on various employment
matters
Partner with outside counsel to maintain the intellectual property
portfolio
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of combined top law firm and/or in-house experience
Strong background in California employment law
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and bar admission in California
required
Prior in-house experience preferred
Prior trademark experience preferred
