Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Staff Counsel to provide
direction and monitor results of Staff Counsel while establishing
business and litigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and leadership on litigation matters to
executive management
Drive strategy and improve work initiatives by being involved in
day-to-day operations
Build high-performing teams and foster collaboration to achieve
organizational goals
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
State Bar licensed attorney
3+ years of experience in litigation, specifically in
insurance-related cases
Proven leadership experience with attorneys
Advanced understanding of litigation strategy for multiple lines of
insurance
