Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities The Human Resources Assistant / Intern
will perform administrative duties related to various human
resource operations at Paradigm Oral Health, the leading provider
of innovative oral health solutions in the United States. General
HR Administration
- Perform HR data entry and maintain accurate employee
records.
- Monitor and manage the HR email inbox, responding to inquiries
or escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with preparing HR reports and documentation.
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure smooth
HR operations.Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, and
screening resumes.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate
communication.
- Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and
orientation.Payroll & Benefits
- Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets
and employee data for accuracy.
- Support benefits administration, including enrollment, employee
inquiries, and compliance tracking.
- Help coordinate open enrollment and benefits communication
initiatives. Mergers & Acquisitions
- Assist in the integration of employees from newly acquired
companies, including onboarding and benefits transitions.
- Support due diligence efforts by organizing employee data and
documentation.
- Help with change management communication to ensure smooth
transitions. What you'll gain

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Currently pursuing or a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work in the office in Lincoln, NE.
- Standard hours, Monday - Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS systems a plus.
- Interest in learning and growing within the HR field.
Compensation details: 17-19 Hourly Wage
