Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Counsel - Labor and
Employment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide in-house legal counsel on labor and employment matters,
including contract negotiation and compliance
Supervise and manage outside counsel on labor and
employment-related litigation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and
advise on best practices
Required Qualifications
Juris doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Bar certified to practice law in at least one state in the U.S
5+ years of experience as a labor and employment attorney
Experience handling claims related to labor and employment
matters
Experience with California and New York labor practices is a
plus
