Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Services Contractor (PSC)
Human Resources Director responsible for managing and developing
human resources solutions to support USAID PSC positions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee human resources programs including benefits
administration and performance management
Implement programs that align with USAID's Diversity, Equity,
Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) goals
Direct a team of HR Specialists to ensure effective management of
employee relations and HR policy compliance
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a
relevant field
12 years of work experience in Human Resources
3 years of supervisory management experience
Experience in developing benefits plans and HR programs
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
