In this role, you will care for patients transitioning from intensive care who require close monitoring but not ICU-level support. Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor patient vitals and conditions, responding promptly to any changes or complications.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized patient care plans effectively.
• Educate patients and families on treatment regimens, recovery processes, and discharge planning.
• Create accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions provided, and outcomes achieved in medical records systems. Work Environment:
