Job Description:

• Certification Details
• Must possess a current valid Nebraska RN license/RN Compact license required.
• Current and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association is required.
• Current and valid Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
• Current and valid certification preferred, Certified Pediatric Nurse or Certified Critical Care Nurse

  • Must be able to work Christmas
  • Rooms/bed - 32
  • Ratios: 1:2 (day/night/weekend)
  • Float required (travelers are the first to float, typically to NICU or CCU but can float to MS)
  • Weekends: every other
  • Level II trauma exp required
  • Must have experience from a large pediatric hospital.
  • Typical medical/surgical ICU patients that are non-cardiac. Respiratory, Trauma, Neuro, etc.
  • VENT, INTUBATION, SEDATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    • Job Requirements
    • Diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing required
    • Minimum 2 year of RN experience required
    • Experience with pediatric patients required.
    • Previous experience with EPIC preferred.

      • Every other weekend schedule
