Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner - Virtual Care to
provide telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patient conditions, prescribing appropriate
treatments and medications
Coordinate treatment plans and follow-up care, collaborating with
other healthcare professionals as needed
Advocate for clients by assessing their needs and facilitating
referrals to appropriate care providers
Required Qualifications and Training:
Graduation from a Nurse Practitioner program
Current or willingness to obtain licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
with the relevant regulatory body
Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
Preferred 1 year of recent experience as a practicing Nurse
Practitioner
Family All Ages (FAA) certification is required
