Dental Hygienist Role at Papillion Dental CareWe are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Papillion Dental Care. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our practice.Job Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings to patients of all ages
• Conduct oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to promote optimal oral health
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental techniques and technologies through ongoing education and trainingRequirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in NE and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
  • Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
  • CPR CertificationPreferred Qualifications
    • Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
    • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental healthPhysical Requirements
      • Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position
      • Prolonged periods sitting and standing
      • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
