Certification Details Certifications Required:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, HSS Team (workplace violence training). Job Details A hospital in Eastern Nebraska is looking for ER RN's with a minimum of 2 years of ED experience. The role includes a 36 hour contract. Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of ED experience required.


Certifications required:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NRP, PALS, TNCC, HSS Team (workplace violence training). Looking for staff that would be willing to cross train to cover charge occasionally. It is not a heavy volume department on the night shift.


Schedule Information Shifts & Scheduling:
12 hour shifts, times include 7a-7p, 11a-11p, 3p-3a, 7p-7a


Weekend Requirements:
Every other

Unit Specific Information Common diagnoses/Types of patients:
all ages, chest pain, abdominal pain, cough/congestion, orthopedic injuries, ENT emergencies, sepsis, stroke


Common drips:
Antibiotics, narcotics, anti-emetics, vaccines, emergency medications. Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment? Yes. Additional Details Certified stroke center.


Number of Beds/Trauma Bays:
21.

Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
