  • A large system in Nebraska/Iowa are looking for a Night Med/Surg RN, 36 hours guaranteed. 1 years of unit experience.
  • Contract is 13 weeks.

    • 1 years of unit experience.
    • BLS.
      • Schedule Information
      • Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-1900, 1830-0700
      • Weekend Requirement: As needed
      • Holiday Requirement: As needed
      • No Call or Standby requirement.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Unit experience required: 1 year
        • Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
        • Floating Requirements: PCU or Burn
        • How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation: 2-12 hour shifts on the floor after the first week classroom
        • Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties?: Yes- 1:10-12
        • Charge Nurse on each shift takes an assignment: Yes
        • Are there titratable drips? NO, except Heparin
        • RT available and what equipment? RT is 24 hours on the floor
        • Tele on the floor at all, central tele (any monitor techs)?: Yes, Tele's on the floor, but we have a centralized Tele station.
        • How often are staff taking a 1:6 ratio?: At least once a week
        • Dress Code/Scrubs provided?: Navy blue
