  • RN Ratio (Nights): 1:4
  • EMR: EPIC
  • IV Pumps: Alaris
  • Specialty Equipment Available: Mechanical lifts in every other room
  • Float: Yes, ideally to MS areas. Float will depend on highest need.
  • Patient Experience challenges/focus: hourly rounding and responsiveness
  • A nurse on this unit is successful when he or she can manage the business of the day. The unit is a tight knit group and are great with helping each other out.
