Training, US Market Access is accountable to improve proficiency
and effectiveness of Market Access (Max) Account Executives and
other field personnel by providing on-going learning and
educational programming. The Director will lead a team with the
authority to revise and implement new training programs that are
required to help drive the business, while being Future Fit
Now.Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for MAxon-boarding programs for new
hires and help to develop, implement, and maintain processes to
streamline onboarding for the channel teams for Products,
Marketplace knowledge, and required Skills/Competencies.
- Provide short- and long-term strategic vision by assessing
Market Access gaps and the changing healthcare dynamics, and
proactively identify solutions to present to Business
Partners.
- Ensure specific curriculum/learner journeys are available
within the Learning Management System (LMS) according to various
learners' profiles, taking into consideration their background and
experience.
- Work with other Learning & Development personnel and BTS to
build and maintain the desired platform functionality requirements
for the US MAx Organization.
- Provide project management support for major programs such as:
NSM, ACCELERATE, ELEVATE, etc. Specifically assists with the
development of the project plans/timelines, monitors the progress
vs. plan. Apply project management principles to optimize
efficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships within the
department and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver appropriate and impactful account and sales
force training, being accountable for all aspects of Market Access
training.
- Lead a team by developing current personnel for future roles,
ensuring success in current position, and manage organizational
changes and structure as the position and market dictate.
- Accountable for all aspects of training specific audiences on
selling skills, disease state knowledge, product knowledge (working
in partnership with brand field trainers), knowledge of sales
policies and procedures (including compliance-related policies),
managed healthcare and public policy, and key operating
systems.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8-10 years combination of sales and field training required,
preferably in Market Access
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with
proficiency in facilitation/public communication
- Proven project planning and management expertise at the
District Manager level or above
- Must demonstrate initiative, problem-solving capabilities,
strategic and analytical thinking skills
- Expertise in PowerPoint and knowledge of and experience with
Learning Management Systems preferred
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment with
cross-functional partners and stakeholdersAdditional
