Singapore by Accor is seeking an inspirational General Manager to
lead our prestigious airport lounge operations in Changi Airport,
Singapore. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for
overseeing all aspects of our world-class lounges operations,
ensuring exceptional customer experiences while driving operational
excellence and financial performance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance lounge
services, customer satisfaction, and overall performance
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals,
fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting,
and cost control measures
- Collaborate with Qantas and Accor stakeholders to align lounge
operations with brand standards, airport requirements and customer
expectations
- Oversee all aspects of lounge operations, including food and
beverage services, team leadership, facilities management, and
customer relations
- Ensure compliance with security regulations, safety standards,
and quality control measures
- Analyse performance metrics and customer feedback to identify
areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners,
vendors, and airport authorities
- Drive innovation in lounge services and amenities to stay ahead
of industry trends and competitor offeringsQualifications
- Proven track record of successful leadership in premium
hospitality service, airport lounge management experience an
advantage
- Extensive experience in hospitality management, with a focus on
customer service excellence
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and
cost control
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Good knowledge of the airline industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and implement process
improvements
- Flexibility to work in an evening service operational
environment and adapt to changing prioritiesAdditional
