Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Federal IT Contracts
Manager to support contract management functions related to federal
prime and subcontract awards.
Key Responsibilities
Review, prepare, negotiate, and sign new subcontracts, teaming
agreements, and NDAs
Perform contract management functions including modifications,
funding tracking, and compliance communication
Develop and maintain contract templates and coordinate with legal,
finance, and project management teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing federal government-related
contracts
In-depth knowledge of the FAR, GSA, and government contracting
rules and regulations
Ability to negotiate various types of government contracts
successfully
Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without
employer sponsorship
