A company is looking for a Program Manager specializing in
Talent Development.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement talent development programs and tools for
leadership preparation
Manage the lifecycle of talent development programs using AI and
automation tools
Facilitate career development workshops and support talent
management processes
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in talent development or a similar
HR role
Proven ability to design and execute large-scale talent development
programs
Deep understanding of career development frameworks and talent
marketplace platforms
Proficiency in managing LMS systems, e-learning tools, and
Workday
Experience in measuring program impact using data analytics
