Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, CX Strategy to support
the Generative AI team in enhancing customer experience
programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Align AI programs with enterprise-level experience principles for
human-AI interaction
Develop customer experience strategies based on insights and
business priorities
Act as a subject matter expert for AI initiatives and mentor junior
CX team members
Required Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree required
Experience in customer experience and the pharmaceutical or
biopharma industry
Knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs and conversational
design
Experience in service design, journey mapping, and voice of
customer (VOC) methodologies
Ability to define Objectives/Key Results (OKRs) tied to business
metrics
