Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Stars Program Manager- D-SNP.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate the design and implementation of programs to improve CMS Star Ratings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational CMS Stars goals
Manage program metrics and communication plans to support ongoing initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
5+ years of professional experience in business, health sciences, or related fields
Experience leading cross-functional projects in a matrixed role
Previous CMS Stars experience with emphasis on MN Medicaid
Previous Health Plan experience
