Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Billing Success Manager
(B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard enterprise billing teams and train their staff on billing
best practices
Support client accounting and finance teams in utilizing the Prompt
reporting suite
Build relationships with enterprise billing teams and assist in
configuring workflows
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or a
relevant professional certification
5+ years in the medical billing industry, preferably with PT/OT/SLP
experience
Experience working with enterprise-sized RCM companies with 100 or
more therapists
2-3 years of RCM leadership experience
Highly proficient in MS Excel and a solid understanding of
fundamental accounting concepts
