Senior Director Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and Strategic Planning - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!Lead this very profitable mid-sized firm through the process of creating a highly effective financial planning & analysis function. Take ownership for building out the FP&A function including needs assessment, software selection, implementation, training, leading the team, creating dashboards, then drive process improvement until optimal outcomes have been achieved. Partner with CFO, CEO, and executives throughout the company and in each operating division while focused on improved efficiencies and profitability.In addition, you will take ownership for short and long term strategic planning, analysis associated with capital projects, acquisitions, corporate development opportunities, treasury, credit, banking, and insurance.
